"Working Everyday To Build A Stronger Economy And A Brighter Future For Our Families".

For Contractors, Construction Management Companies & Corporate Industry Managers Only

Thank you for your interest in joining tens of thousands of LIUNA's signatory contractors.  Get the trained workforce YOU deserve.

Congratulations on your interest in joining more than 2,000 contractors who have national agreements with LIUNA and tens of thousands of local-level LIUNA contractors, all working to make their businesses more successful through a safe, skilled and productive workforce.

LIUNA and its signatory contractors are working together to raise industry standards, improve contract procurement, promote quality and protect the bottom line.  We have helped public entities and Fortune 500 companies develop easy-to-use contract procurement methods that award points for training, safety, past performance, regulatory compliance, and other quality-related issues. We work with signatory contractors and key industry groups to promote and enforce the fair contracting laws that help protect responsible contractors, construction users, and taxpayers.

The Laborers International Union of North America is committed to a progressive agenda designed to open and expand markets for union contractors while providing new jobs for LIUNA’s rapidly growing membership. To this end, LIUNA has partnered with its partnering contractors to create LECET along with our sister organizations, The Laborers Health and Safety Fund of North America and the Laborers AGC Education and Training Fund. The goal of all of these programs is to create demand for our partnering contractors by making our workers the safest, best trained and most knowledgeable workers in the industry.

The Laborers-Employers Cooperation and Education Trust is devoted to increasing market share for Laborers’ and our partnering contractors. It is a truly unique organization that brings both labor and management together to address common market-related concerns. For more than ten years, we have promoted our members, our contractors and our industry. Today it is identifying projects and jobs, marketing careers in our industry, and lending its voice to construction-related public education and legislative campaigns.
