Happy New Year & Welcome to the Connecticut Laborers' District Council Web site.  Led by Charles LeConche, the Connecticut Laborers' District Council comprises of over 8,000 Connecticut workers involved in commercial & residential construction, healthcare, manufacturing, public support services and many other important industries in Connecticut.  Working together with business managers and workers, the Connecticut Laborers' District Council is a leading labor relations and labor management union and an important part of the Laborers' International Union of North America.  By creating business partnerships, the Connecticut Laborers' District Council is helping to build Connecticut while strengthening the vitality of all working families.
